![]() ![]() I asked for escalation but not very confident much is going to happen.Īny fellow Windows users out there that might have suggestions. Then they wanted me to create a new user in windows. They wanted to focus on permissions of the folders which we changed to full for the app and the catalog. I had a chat conversation with Adobe support that wasn't very satisfying. ![]() When I got the computer I did completely fresh installs of the application from Creative Cloud and it is updated to the most recent version. Now they are being deleted from the disk immediately and no evidence of them ever appears in the Recycle Bin. It was a tad bit of insurance in case I made a mistake. The odd thing that is happening is that always in the past (through multiple versions of LR) the files would be sent to my Recycle Bin where then I could empty the trash. I understand the difference between removing it from the catalog and deleting from disk. I then want to remove them from the hard disk so I select the Delete from Disk option when prompted. I generally do that by hitting the X key and then using Delete Rejected Photos command under the Photos menu when I have went through the shoot. My problem is that I am in a folder of images in LR and I am editing rejects. I have a large number of files and I am experienced with the location of catalogs and files, etc. Not long ago I moved to a new Windows 10 computer. ![]()
